No kidding. This morning, I stepped on the scales and couldn't believe it.
So, I stepped off, and right back on.
Then I REALLY couldn't believe it.
In less than 5 seconds, I gained 2.1 pounds!
Since it was first thing in the morning, I thought to myself "Self, your eyes aren't adjusted yet. And maybe wiping some of that dust off the scales might help."
So, I wiped off the scales. (Yes, with my toe . . . wouldn't you?)
(no, that's not what MY scales said!)
I stepped back on again. I was still up 2 pounds.
So, I got off, and right back on again.
Halleluja!!! Must have been immediate results from all that exercise stepping on and off the scale because I had lost 2.1 pounds!!!
Joking aside, other than an attack of IBS, I'm feeling great.
The scales show a number (whichever it may be at the moment!),
and I'm SO much more than that!
