Weigh-In Day

Today's weigh-in showed a decrease of 2.2 pounds for a total of 68.2 pounds released since 3/1/12. I think my forced portion control experiment is working. I needed the reminder, because I think I was starting to slip on that. So I'm doing the Slim Fast 3-2-1 plan for a couple weeks to retrain myself. I think that this is a good lesson, too, for the difficulties I may experience once I reach maintenance phase. But, one step at a time....

I need new shorts.... emoticon
