I promised in my blog last week that I would write on Wednesday after my weigh in. Not too bad, I'm only a day late. I did well last week and was down at the weigh in!! Made it much more motivating to start thie week.
On SparkCoach it suggested I blog about exercise, which I found very fitting for today. I have been thinking alot about how to increase my exercise this week. I have done two things this week to help get more exercise in. Believe me it is the first thing I give up when I am tired, stressed or want to do something fun.
My first thing is to actually put exercise on my calendar at lunch time. I am trying to get exercise in at work during lunch because it seems to be a good time for me and I want to see how that will work for me. The second thing is I moved my weights and balance ball to the living room. I think I need to make the most of the time I spend watching shows in the evening. I usually spend about an hour and thought I really could do something during that time.
I have to say both of these are ideas I have heard over and over again on sparkpeople, but have never tried. Well, it's time to try something new and get out of my box!
