Plan for April


Thursday, April 11, 2013

1. Weigh in on Wednesdays- see the scale move consistently
2. Water!
3. Daily Vitamins
4. CONTROLLED PORTIONS- use protein shakes and low carb dinner to get established
5. Use Sparkpeople
(by blogging, tracking, reading, and being active. Focus on support/ accountablity.)
6. Journalling- dealing with my emotions on paper rather than in the fridge!

My history:
2012, ended April at 160.8
2011, ended April at 172.0

Today I am at 174.2....so my target would be to end April 2013 at 170.0 or below.

    This is a great plan. Also there is something about seeing it down on paper that makes it more real. You can do this...One Day At a Time...One Meal at A Time.

    These are a great goals. I think tracking and journaling particularly will be great for you. In a way, they are the same thing. Tracking helps you stay accountable with what goes in your body. Meanwhile, journaling keeps you attuned to your feelings and will help you pin down some of the situations that may lead you to overeat. emoticon
