4. CONTROLLED PORTIONS- use protein shakes and low carb dinner to get established
5. Use Sparkpeople
(by blogging, tracking, reading, and being active. Focus on support/ accountablity.)
6. Journalling- dealing with my emotions on paper rather than in the fridge!
