I'm working so hard to get up on top of the huge volume of things to do and things I WANT to do and not much energy for any of it...and if I ride on someone else the pedometer doesn't register their steps as mine so I better get back down and do my own work!!
Bears, how are you doing? Seems like Thursday is my run out of steam day...DH has got the blaws and that always concerns me and makes me tiptoe around the house so he can rest... so glad I have my videos learned well enough to do the chair exercises without the volume on...but I sure miss the music to keep the rhythm going...guess I need to get some ear phones to plug in!!
So what are you eating mindfully today? thinking a big salad for lunch with some baked chicken breast left-overs sliced on the side and a tall cold berry smoothie...suppose I can pull that off? better head on down to deep freeze for some berries and put a load of laundry in and purposefully run up and down the stairs a few extra times...yup...better get busy...have a good day!
