I have always had bad eating habits. I love sweets and salty foods. But when I was younger I was more active in sports and always going out. Then when I start a job where I sat all the time the bad eating habits caught up to me. Now that I have a different job where I am out of the office doing home visits I am more active. I am also now eating more fruits and vegetables. This bring me to my question for my Sparks Family. Now that I am eating healthy I am fighting it hard to meet my goal of daily calorie intake. Don't get me wrong I am eating 3 to 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day and I am not hungry. But I worry that if I don't have the calories that I need for my body that it will not let go of the body fat. Has anyone else had this problem or I am just being silly and worry for nothing???
