YES.... I'm back! Here's my report for yesterday 4/10/13
1. My workout was another good one... I did 10 min at 2.5 mph, burned 56 calories and walked .4 miles
2. the bad thing was because I didn't eat much and having a stressful and busy day with the grandkids, on the way home at 7PM I stopped at McDonalds and had a Mcdouble with a large fry...yikes!!
3. the good thing was I got to spend the day with my grandkids and ran all day except when they both took a 2 hr. nap from 12-2. Poppi was no help at all so it was me running all day 9-4 with a 3 and 1 year old. They are my loves!!
4. weight wise... needless to say was 195.1, so I lost 1/2 lb. from yesterday!! thank you gks!!
5. great snack for the day: cutup all kinds of fruits ahead of time. Spoon a serving in a bowl with 1-2 tbs of any flavor Greek ff yogurt ... mix well and have yourself a great meal, snack or dessert with it!!
