Only 12 more weeks until July 4th - Can't wait to meet lil bubs!

I am 28 weeks today and entering into my 3rd trimester. I know that I have not been here for most of the pregnancy because I have had quite the time with it. I am finally starting to get some energy and I have actually lost weight and yesterday at my appt weighed in at 216 which is still 2 pounds less of where I was when I got pregnant. I am able to eat more now and I love that I have been craving awesomely healthy food. I can't seem to get enough fruit, but I can't get enough peanut butter malts from DQ either.. lol

We did not find out what we are having so getting super excited to meet our baby. We have lovingly called the baby "lil Bubbas" or "lil Bubs" and "RAR"(which is a nickname my mom came up with)

Things have just been so hectic and surreal these past few months and honestly I am getting super nervous. I have been very good at staying as active as possible and am so excited for the nicer weather to stick around. We have been golfing as much as possible and I love being outdoors.

I miss everyone here and hope I get back into things once all is said and done and I get back to my program after RAR is here!

    Sounds like things are going great for you! So glad to hear you're staying active and actually losing weight in the process of being pregnant! Kudos for that! Keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you after things settle down a bit. *hugs*

    Don't push yourself too hard when RAR shows up. Relax and bond with your baby. When you are cleared for exercise, start slow, as much as you can. And if you are nursing, continue to eat enough calories to produce milk!
