Lost some of last week's gain and pausing Jenny Craig

I am like a sponge one week, then squeezed the next. Water retention is a right pain in the backside. Anyway I have lost all the water and now am back down to 253 so target for next week is to get under the 250 and it is so doable if I'm a good girl.

I have also realised I get bored easily. The JC stuff is lovely, varied, etc. but the plan lacks the one thing I adore when the spring/summer comes - fish! Plus I have a backlog of stuff to work through. So have paused the plan until June 27. That will give me enough time to get in my fish, work through all the stuff I have and get in some cooking. Just mix it up a bit. Now all we need is good BBQ weather.

So here's to next week and getting under that 250 :D

    I've been feeling like I need to change up my exercise. Been doing the same thing since the beginning of the year and my weight loss has stalled. Hopefully once it's warm on a regular basis I can start walking more, since the treadmill is not my thing.

  Been great weather here where I live and have enjoyed it with cookout's and walks..
