I way over did it at the gym yesterday. I tried pushing it up to another level, so I was doing a lot more reps and some extra weight. Then I hopped on the elliptical that also works my arms. So now I canít really lift my arms passed my shoulders. But the funny thing is, Iím happy about it. I actually like it when my muscles hurt, because I have that physical remaindered that I had a good, hard, workout.
