All I can say is Wow! Yesterday I did my weight training and played racquetball for about an hour afterwards and did not experience any issues. I am not hungry and feel very satisfied. To give myself an added boost, prior to playing racquetball and after weight training, I ate a banana. So far so good. Today is a day I give my body a rest and do not plan any exercise. So today I really don't expect to experience any issues with this vegan eating plan.
