Yep, did it again. Set goals. Crashed & Burned. - Rinse & Repeat.

Something isn't working here.

Oh yea... ME!

Changes... ch- ch- ch- changes (everybody sing it with me!!)

Our family joined our local YMCA. Y- M- C- A! It's fun to stay at the Y-M-C-A! Seriously now.

I went this morning for my first solo workout. I do not like working out alone. But I'm so not a people person. Ugh! Ok, so 20 minutes on the Elliptical (it was a 30 minute program). Just wanted to DIE. If I keep at that thing, my butt will soon end at a much higher point than it does currently. LOL

Leg Press - Leg Extensions - Leg curls.

I called it a day.

I want to walk tomorrow. emoticon

We'll see what tomorrow brings. It will definitely involve some cardio - maybe the stair climber? Two of my children will visit the Y for the first time, so they will spend their time in the children's room.

I think time spent away from my house is going to be the best thing I can do for myself right now. I've been saying some things in conversation with my husband that alarm me. My perspective is skewed and needs to be readjusted. The Y should help!
