I got in 2 SP Pilate workouts. I've got to work on the flexibility. The side planks are really hard. It's amazing that people can actually get in those positions!
I'll get in a lot of walking and stairs in today. I'm off to my Dr appt. Wish me luck!
Talk nice to yourself! All these baby steps add up! It doesn't have to be the number on the scale! The scale doesn't define me!
5 hours in the car! I managed to get in 20000 steps! My girls were ready to walk when I got home! I love them so much!
