One Step at a Time

My fitness plan needs a boost. Iíve been going with the flow of life and allowing stress to claim my lower abs. It is not a good look! So to jump start my need for activity, a cardio boost and all things up and RUNNING, I signed up to Run the Diva Half Marathon in September.

Yes, my level of insanity is high and I realized that after I pressed the submit button. But alas, Iím not doing it alone, so I wonít be the only crazy and yet diva chic out there running like her life and all things diva depend on it.

So thatís it, Iím back in the game, slowly but surely reminding my body to sweat, breathe, trim and get strong!

Whatever your challenge, I hope that you accept it and BEAT it! Be blessed!

P.S. Ė To all my diva sisters who have been keeping it moving and making gains on their goals, you guys keep me motivated and youíre doing GREAT!
