Splenda- the "not so good for you" non-food

Thursday, April 11, 2013

I have never been one to use this sort of thing. I don't believe in artificial food. But this article posted by someone else is quite an "eye-opener" and I think it needs to be seen by as many folks as possible. So I "stole" it from her and am posting it also. Please feel free to post it yourself if you like- the more folks that see it the better for their health's sake.

I traded out splenda long ago for Stevia. I used to use Sweet and low years ago, it is unreal, how these products are accepted by the FDA. Man made products are killers. It would probably be best just not to use sweetners at all. Honey is good, but of course the Vegans don't accept it because of the treatment of bees.
