2 eggs and cheese on multigrain bread, frozen mango and pineapple
A severe coffee emergency led to the drinking of... instant. I made it with all milk and it was actually a lot better than I expected it to be.
For lunch, I had cottage cheese, and the last of the cabbage, carrot and celery salad, both topped with walnuts. And a slice of bread and jam.
For dinner, I ate with friends. We made fresh rolls with bean thread noodles, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, avocado, chicken, cilantro and peanut sauce. I had three rolls, and they tasted much better than they looked! (Though the last two looked a bit better than this first one. Practice, practice.)
I also had a dinner roll w/butter and some prosecco.
