Okay...so, I weigh more now than I did a year ago, and I am fed up with this.......started planning my meals and following them April 5, 2013 and have lost 8 lbs. so far.! Also, keeping a food journal to keep track of what I'm doing.
My first goal is 250 which I hope to reach by the 15th. Then I will move toward my next goal of 240.
Hoping to find the encouragement I need to keep fighting this battle!
