The light bulb went on again this morning. I realized again how people are creatures of habit. And over the last six months, I have slowly let myself get into different habits. Some are probably good for me. Some have not helped me. So, today is a take stock day. I am going to list the habits that I want to change and start to make the changes.
1. I've been getting motivated later and later each morning. I will start going back to getting motivated earlier.
2. I will look through my cookbooks and plan different, good meals each week. I will go to the grocery store with a list. I will take stock of what I have in the house and pick recipes that will use these up.
3. I will change up my exercises - check into taking a class.
4. I will keep looking for new things to do and actually do some of them.
This is just a start. I am looking forward to having some new (or old) good habits by May.
