This is my plan for the BLC break, I am going to keep it simple.
I plan on streaking, I didn't do it in the 70's so I thought I would do it now. I am going to focus on basics, cardio 30 minutes 5x a week, 5 freggies a day, 10,000 steps a day.
One day at a time.
