Letting go and accepting what is, is the best thing you can do for yourself. To be in resistance to what is, is to create a battle ground in your mind. Everything happens for a reason and a purpose, so when you bump up against resistance, ask yourself hmmm...what am I going to learn here? Instead of getting wet in the rain of resistance, put up your umbrella of understanding and patience and let life bring you joy.

    LOVE IT! Thanks.

From something I read a couple weeks ago, I wrote down this keeper:

When you feel resistance
to a thought or feeling,
that is the thing
that needs to be addressed.

Anything you resist, persists.

Thanks for reminding me of what I need to do. I've been hanging onto things for too long now.

Yes! Easier to do once you've found a way to wrap your mind around the concept.
