Today I decided to do the first day of the challenge. It was sort of hard. For the first day I did a 8 minute cardio interval workout. During the whole workout my legs were burning. For most of the workout did do most of the moves but I could do them as long as the instructor/ coach did. Oh well... I hopefully will be able to do the whole workout next week.
Tomorrow I am going to wake up early and workout before I start grooming dogs. I will be doing another workout and doing some cardio (such as walking or something else) for day 2. Hopefully everything will go according to plan and I actually stick to doing this challenge.
