Chapter 4 The Spark: Fire

Once again The Spark feels like it was written just for me. In Chapter 4 Chris talks about keeping your fire going even when you have set backs. Well I certainly had a set back today. It included stress and jelly beans! BUT I didn't let it turn into a downward spiral, I stuck to my first streak goal of No sodas, consumed my 8 cups of water and read another chapter in The Spark.
I didn't get to walk home from school with my son today because I ended up subbing at one of the schools so I plan to get up tomorrow morning and walk to school with him also to make up for the walk I missed today. So on that note my behind is headed to bed to make sure I have the energy at 7am.
