I only ate once today (at the Asian Buffet...my fav place)....yes I know better! I didn't track my food today or count WW points and I'm actually okay with that. Funny, I did miss it though. Maybe because I was doing so well with it.
Now on to what I did do right....
-got my water in.
-got my fruggies in
-got in 6 miles
-got in 90 minutes of cardio
-got in 220 squats
*all done with a headache and cramps!
