On the wagon again

Well I've got myself back on track, committing to exercise 4 days a week. I usually end up working out for an hour and a half to two hours with the same routine:
15 minutes on treadmill and 15 minutes on elliptical to warm up
50 to 60 minutes on upper/lower body strengthening or core exercises
30 minutes on treadmill to finish as I found out that doing cardio after strengthening burns more calories.
It's been kind of gruelling but I'm looking at this as one day at a time. I find that once I'm there I enjoy working out and I like the way I feel afterwards. I guess I'm getting addicted to the endorphins, not to mention the satisfaction of completing a workout. I would like to keep this up for as long as I can. I remind myself that I'm looking at this for the long term and not to just lose inches and weight, although that would be a pretty nice by-product.
