Well I've been MIA for a while because life has been super insanely busy for me. The last couple weeks I have been eating healthy but wasn't really working out. So my weight maintained. This week I've started working out again and eating healthy and have lost 2 lbs so far in 3 days. I'm very excited about that.
I'm also excited because I'm off work the next 5 days so I plan to workout really good everyday. And I'm gonna keep eating healthy and following Bob's Skinny Rules.. they really work.
