Stepped up my exercise this week . . .

I am using a new WATP DVD this week, I've had it for a while, but just "refound" it. It's 4 miles, so far I can only handle 2, but I'll keep working at it. emoticon emoticon

It's been a good week so far, healthy eating and more exercise.

We even had some sunshine today - emoticon

It's really been quite a dull week, but satisfying.

    emoticon ME TOO, I was able to get to 17,000 steps today only because someone asked me to walk after my regular walk. Walking and talking is great. Coffee and cookies was usually the norm I am happy those days are gone by. HUGS and much love Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon

    Good for you on stepping up the exercise. Keep at it and one day those 4 miles will seem like nothing. I have a ways to go before I catch up to you but emoticon !!
