I have found that I'm enjoying water much more these days. Especially now that it's starting to warm up here in Vegas. I've also found that adding sliced lemons to a pitcher of water helps it to not just be bland. This is making me consume more water too! Which is a good thing. I've seen some links on Pinterest of adding various fruits and herbs to water, that it's supposed to be good for you too. I think just having the hint of a flavor to the water just helps me to consume more of it.
