Need regular exercise program

I am getting my menus fairly well now and learning how to use the tracker more. I am happy to say that my blood pressure is down and so is my sugar. Now I have to get to work on getting regular with my exercise.

    That is all good! The numbers you really have to control are coming down. There was a Question of the Day today about what people think they need the most when it comes to exercise, and most of the people who answered said it was consistency. So you have a lot of company!
