My goals for this month are:
1. Eat nothing after 8PM. Eat a lighter supper (less protein helps me sleep better).
2. Aim for low-end of calorie range.
I just lost the blog I intended to post. I hate it when that happens!!
But in a few words, I'll recap what I tried to say:
I'm blowing both #1 & #2 of my 5 goals for April. (#3 - 5 are doing just fine)
Probably due to time change giving more daylight and we're doing stuff outside and not getting in for dinner until later.
Then when I do eat, I'm starved and eat too much, putting me at the high end of my calories.
OR I if I have a snack before I go out, it still increases my calorie count.
My weight is still bouncing in the 'safe' range, so I'm not gaining . . . but I'm not losing either.
What to do . . . .
