week three of The Shred STARVING

This liquid diet does not agree with me , I feel like I am progressing , but I am SO FREAKIN HUNGRY . I am not the kind of person who likes to drink her calories , cant wait until next week when I can eat more regular food . 5 more days , 5 more days , I have to keep saying it to myself ..

    add to that the fact that I am type two diabetic , I start feeling lightheaded , that means my bs is low , and I have to eat something this week is not agreeing with me .

    I am starving on the protein shakes I had 18 glasses of water yesterday next cycle I am skipping week three , all I end up doing is getting something to eat , I feel as if I am depriving myself really close to skipping ahead to week 4 , I cannot live on a liquid diet .

    I was that way as well. I think it helps that I drink 14 glasses of water a day. I think I get hungrier when I drink fruit smoothies, that is why I prefer the protein shakes more.
