I walked 30 minutes today or 1.68 miles. Exercise makes me feel good and decisive. I felt the sun warming my arms and breeze on my cheeks. I ate a healthy breakfast and a lunch full of fruits, vegetables, and health fat. I drank 9 cups of water and feel great.
Have you noticed that I have not been blogging for the last 3 weeks. I went off my daily routine and it was impossible to start again.
Yesterday, a co-worker noticed that I did not walk yesterday. Thank you, Kathy R. Sometimes a simple word can make all the difference. I knew at that moment that I was doing this for me and I visualized my self moving towards a healthier me.
