Another day at home - puttering around between meetings. Upcoming weekend will be crazy. Quick round trip planned and then back for guests who are running the Boston Marathon. Overall had a healthy food day. Body is still revolting so giving it one more day of rest.

Even given that I've already met my weeks goal for exercise. Hmm the fact I was able to do that and still take 2 days off is probably saying my calculations of nutrition and exercise are off.

    I used to live in North Attleborough, MA! I am saying this because you mentioned the Boston Marathon. emoticon

I don't think one week "off" the track is really saying you need to redo the goals. And, actually, when it is off, you will get message from Spark People telling you you need to redo your goals. That has happened to me. Chelsea emoticon

    You need to listen to your body. You may need to take another day off too or you may really "hurt" something.
