Yesterday Haylie Pomroy, a nutritionist, was on Dr. Oz (2nd time I've seen her on the show). She made a point of saying that she refuses to count calories--doesn't believe in it. Okay, she got my attention! That's part of what I hate about the plans I used to try. I don't want to count anything, I just want some nutritious food to fuel my body. Thank goodness I'm learning how to do that now.

But the part I loved about Haylie Pomroy was her comment that to her
'D.I.E.T. means...Did I Eat Today.'

Love it!

    I really don't feel like I am counting calories. I just log it into Sparkpeople and they do the counting. I will look into this diet because, if Yengish is loosing weight, I'm interested. Thanks for sharing and good luck.

    I am trying her food plan. On day 6 right now. We will see. I have already lost over 7 pounds., much is probably water.

    Saw that, loved the DIET comment. I think if you are really good about eating you don't have to count calories, I'm not there yet, so I have to otherwise I go over without even realizing it.
