Yesterday Haylie Pomroy, a nutritionist, was on Dr. Oz (2nd time I've seen her on the show). She made a point of saying that she refuses to count calories--doesn't believe in it. Okay, she got my attention! That's part of what I hate about the plans I used to try. I don't want to count anything, I just want some nutritious food to fuel my body. Thank goodness I'm learning how to do that now.
But the part I loved about Haylie Pomroy was her comment that to her
'D.I.E.T. means...Did I Eat Today.'
