Struggling a bit This Week

I have been a little off track this week with 3 occasions that I did not have complete control over the food. I admit to making some bad choices in addition to that. I am on track so far today and expect to get through the day in good shape but I will do badly tomorrow at my WW weigh in although I do intend to go and face that scale. I need to be honest with myself and what happens when I eat the wrong things and too much of them.

    You know you have to pick yourself up and keep on keeping on. I did not do well the last time I joined WW. I thought I had found the ticket with zumba, but once again the scale is not budging. I really have to start like you writing down everything that passes my lips.

    Hard to lie to yourself. We all know when and what we did to cause an uptick on our scale, and avoiding it doesn't change the facts. You are wise.

    Your weight is what it is and avoiding knowing what it is doesn't do any good. Weigh in, listen to every word, and hug a lot of people. Next week will be better.

    Gail, you're back on track and it wasn't "mindless" eating. Face the scale, it's not beating you; this is a long term commitment and will have ups as well as downs. Hang in there!
