Well, this Spring has been a great new start for me.
I am making great progress with managing my blood sugars, thanks to a new med and actually following the program of nuttition/exercise/medications
I am honoring my emotional health, and living with my Bipolar Disorder and Depression.
I am working on a balance between how busy I need to be and having some social interaction - mostly online,
My weight is moving in the right direction, and I feel better most days.
My challenge is in believing that putting in the effort will work with results in the long run. In the past I have just given up over and over.
I feel like this time it is my LIFE, and not a diet.
