Week #5 walk 3 - did about 7 miles through the trail.
Week #6 walk 1 - successfully got up early and walked, though I didn't quite have 3 miles.
I also did cross training Monday since Monday ended up being a rest day. I walked 15 min (to and from gym) then did 15 min on the elliptical (I didn't get there early enough to stay longer).
Today was a rest day so hoping I get up early again tomorrow to work out in the morning.
