A BUSY DAY!

Wednesday, April 10, 2013

The great thing in the world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving - Oliver W Holmes

I was so excited this morning. I got on the scale & I weighed in at 147. Woo Hoo! I thought I hit my goal. But when I double checked was my goal was it was 146. Drat-1 more pound to go-lol! I have tried to do everything early today as it is so hot. Right now at 4:00 it is 86. So I only got 4 miles of my walk in this morning as I went to late. I did the treadmill & some WATP then I cleaned house. Now it is time for some down time-lol! I finished reading "The Choice" by Nicholas Sparks last night. Short but great! I am now reading another of his books called "Around the Bend". Hope you are all having a great Wednesday!

Affirmation of the Day:
I block all negative thoughts. I send them away to be carried off in a bubble with good intention. I allow the bubble to return to me. After the negative energies it carries have been transmuted into positive energy.

My Positives:
A beautiful sunny day
Got in my my exercise
Got the house cleaned
Have time for reading
My Hubby
My Son
My Spark Family
The Lord for watching over us all

I dream of 147! You are doing GREAT! emoticon emoticon Of course, you have put in the work by walking a lot on your treadmill and outside. Where I live now there is a gym with treadmills and bikes, and I hope to use them soon. I keep saying I will do it once I finish unpacking but I think I will start today. Thanks for your example and encouragement.

Also, I belong to more than one book team here in SP and it is fun. I didn't know you loved to read too. Have a GREAT day! Love, Chelsea emoticon

You are doing so well, and to miss goal by one pound...wow!! I know...or I can imagine what a bummer that is, but look at how far you've come, and you'll hit that goal and pass it by a long shot...and the celebration will begin!

This week you will get a pounding! So happy for you! Ooh, but that negative energy...I meditate into my special favorite place and send that negative energy out with strict instruction never to return, never to infect anything or anyone else...like pain, if necessary, you can feel it moving out of you a little at a time until it is all gone (I also use prayer with this). And in your favorite place, you fill your thoughts and feelings towards all the love you've ever known. Then, you work on radiating that outwardly..your aura, your spirit of love... jes some weirdie me thoughts...

But caution, those with negative energies rebel big time against this...

Wow, Patti! What great progress you are making! Fantastic that you are only one pound above goal! You are really having some hot weather! We were in the 70's yesterday but then a cold front came through last night, and we have freeze warnings for tonight! Weird weather, but common in Texas and Oklahoma! Stay cool and hope your day was a good one. emoticon

Congratulations only 1lb to go!! I can only hope ... I have 5lbs to go to hit my plateau but I have to weigh myself in the morning before the breakfast weight and water or coffee weight is added in. I had my Cardiologist tell me it all depends what you have had to eat or drink before you weigh yourself. So no I try to do in the morning. emoticon emoticon

What great weather you are having! Not so much in my neck of the woods, thunderstorms last night, thunderstorms today and then the temps will drop with the promise of ice pellets, freezing rain and possibly that swear word, "snow" - winter just won't let go in my part of the world LOL! So enjoy those amazingly warm temps!!!
