Drinking my 3rd glass of plain water. So far I have had a good day food wise (if I can cut my apple consumption, I'd be fine also.) Anyway, today's menu has been as follows: Breakfast of fiber one 80 calorie cereal, apple, fat free milk. Lunch: low calorie turkey breast lunch meat on low calorie wheat bread with ketchup and mustard. Also mom gets to come home from hospital tomorrow...so my activity today is to do some serious cleaning.
