another sunny day

Another day in the garden. feels so good on my eyeballs. It took a hour of planning for every 15 minutes of action, but I did get more done. I figured out how to slide around big pots using the shovel as a slider under the pot. I now have a row of the largest pots lining the patio in one corner. I am building a sort of fence to corral the grandson on the patio.

I see that yesterday I ate too much protein and calories and I was still hungry all the day long. Today I logged my food at after meals and that is helping me keep to my limits. I think the light activity and fresh air are helping to keep the hunger pains down, too.

It's amazing how much we can eat and forget it when we wait until later to track. I always remember hours after I have completed my tracking. I have lost a lot of weight but I probably would have lost more if my tracking were more reliable. It a shame we can't use a wand or scanner and make it easier, like they do when you check out your groceries. Maybe I can promote that idea and make a lot of money!

I hope you get the patio corralled to keep your grandson safe! Keep up the good work! emoticon
