Still sick

I have been sick all week and getting worse. Unfortunately today my appetite is back and I have not made good choices. That is OK. Dinner will be better. I broke down and went to the MD. Now on antibiotics, maybe I will finally get better. The people I share an office with requested I stay home. emoticon I will have to drive back in for a meeting tonight but I get to rest now.

My plan was to get in my 3 miles today but I think I am going to rest and see how I feel for the weekend miles. I expect this time next week I will be much better company and logging miles with some running involved. I walked around as much as I could while I was out today just for some activity.

    emoticon It may actually be better for you not to try and workout yet while your feeling so bad. Or perhaps just walk instead of such a strenuous workout. But of course that depends on how you feel. Don't fret about the wrong choices yesterday, get back on track today and feed your body healthy foods today! It's a long term process.
