Yesterday I read INDYGIRL'S blog/book review about The Spark Solution. It got my interest so I placed my pre-order with Amazon. $20.95US with postage, and I get some gifts - 2 Full-Length DVDs: Cardio Blast and Fit, Firm, and Fired Up with Coach Nicole AND 3 Months Access to SparkCoach AND 500 SparkPoints.
I did SparkCoach August - December. There was a free period (don't remember how long) and then I paid for it till my credit card expired in November. I am not sure I got that much out of it. Often the Daily Visualization assignments repeated from the previous day, and I was not always in a wifi zone and able to use it.
When I struggle to maintain a good habit, I remember 'Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keep you going' and consider myself on autopilot. Just do it anyway! Today is Day 24 of Nutrition Tracking. Yes it is easy now!
While I am walking or doing some other form of exercise I want to think about 'To Lose 20 Pounds, Torch 70,000 Calories'. That is a very big number! But I will remember the big picture. The easiest way to lose weight is what I eat - restricting calories, and I can't lose ground by over eating. Over time I will increase my exercise and that will help torch 70,000 calories.

5 bedtime 10 PM
6 blog a few times a week
7 no popcorn at movies or home
8 eat breakfast
9 have protein with snack
10 mindful eating - sitting at the table with no distractions for meals
11 rise before 7 AM
12 try new things - went to park at ocean, tried TV yoga
These are things I have already been doing for more than 3 weeks.
I am starting a new streak - daily dog walk. Today - Day 2!
