I lost 1.3 lbs this week for a total of 6.4 lbs lost for the whole challenge.
My reflection is in noticing that I can exercise till the cows come home, but if I eat like a cow, I will not lose weight.
I found it very difficult to stay w/in my calorie range. I was trying to stick w/our nutritionist's guidelines of 1 palmsize of protein, 1 serving of vegetables & 1 serving of beans per meal & having vegetables
as my snacks. I have pretty much given up pop althogether & drink water, water, water..usually 12-15 glasses a day
My working out in the morning has become part of my morning routine.
..I just wish that was enough because I still don't feel ready to forever give up sugar.
That seems to be my downfall, and I don't eat alot at all, but did you know 1 single poptart has 200 calories? Blows my day if i have one.
This was my first BLC & it was fun, but it put me on the computer way too much & computers & I don't get along well so i will be taking a break from it for a while. But my workouts will continue & I will continue to fight my addiction to sugar.
