Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Step right up and ....

Wednesday, April 10, 2013

Well then I don't really know where I was going with that title, but it must have grabbed your attention if you are reading this.

So you would never guess what I did on Monday, go on guess.. see if you can!
I started yet another day 1 of my journey to better health! Imagine that, its only been the umpteenth( thats a technical term) and one time that I have started all over again, but I keep starting right, so that has got to account for something. I dont want to give up, I just keep slipping up.

I have more goals this year and things more important that are counting on me to finally succeed and to be in control and living a healthy lifestyle This year I will running 2 5k races, 2 10k races and running my second half marathon, and I want to beat my previous times in all of them,

Plus my hunny and I are heading to the Domincan in November for a wedding and I would really like to take a lot of pictures while we are there , and not be afraid to be in them.
So, I am strapping on my sneakers and tracking my food everyday from now until then, I am determined to make this a habit and to have it stick so that this will be the last day one of weight loss, and i can focus on starting new challenges, like maybe one day competing in a figure competition.

I am going to attempt to blog everday so that I can keep myself on track, and maybe some of you can relate to what I am saying, and we can help to motivate and inspire each other..

Well that is all for this edition
Cheers for now!
