Haha my 7 year old daughter made me do interval jogs to her school one day. So I got a extra work out myself that day. I had not got to the gym yet. I did go though. emoticon

    Cute story!
One time when my son was about 5 we drove down a country road and saw a sign:
"KIDS 4 SALE" and of course the sign meant GOATS.
My son read the sign and kept staring at it and finally he said to me:
UN Mommmmm...uh, (pointed to the sign), I thought that was illegal.

I certainly didn't want to laugh at him, but had to chuckle and gently explain to him another definition of 'kid'.
To this day, that story still brings a smile to my face.

I see that you have your own Personal Motivator in that son of yours. Some people pay a lot of money to have a coach who can motivate them to go for a second run.
