Well spring is finally in the air and it feels good getting some fresh air. Had a great week losing 2 pounds for a total of 7, woohoo! Even though I have a long way to go I am suprised at how much better I feel both mentally and physically. I am not as depressed and have more energy, plus I can breath with my pants fastened, lol. All motivation to keep me going forward and downward!
