Do you run or work out when you're sick?
I have a bad cold right now but I really didn't want to skip a running day. So I went for it and did C25K Week 2 Day 3. And it went pretty well. It wasn't my fastest run but it wasn't my slowest. The only difference is that I feel much more tired now, one hour post-run, than I usually do.
But I'm glad I'm done with week 2. Week 3 will have me running twice as long without stopping (that's three whole minutes, hehehe). The weather is supposed to suck (lots of rain) in the next few days though, so i hope I'll be able to find a moment to run if the sky ever clears up.
