Starting again and decided I need to do some goal setting.
Since this is week one. Goals for this week are:
1. Walk 5 of 7 days/2 miles per day.
2. Get into bed at night between 9 and 10 pm and don't go back to bed in AM!
3. Eat Clean.
4. Do the daily spark recommended move.
5. Two hours a day, whiten teeth (can't eat for these 2 hrs).
Yes, I can!!
