Glob: 3 things for a good wog

Wednesday, April 10, 2013

1. sunshine
2. no wind
3. decent temperature

Well 2 out of 3 this morning. The sun was shining, no wind, but it was a little chilly when I went out, about 25 degrees. I shouldn't complain because I was out in much colder temps this winter. What can I say, I'm a fair weather wogger.

I'm glad to see that Montana allows wogging. I think wogging is against the law in Utah and Ohio -- all states in which the name has a high enough vowel to consonant ratio that it can be mis-recognized as the name of god in some dead language.

Oh, you mean walk/jogging. ;-)

Never mind ...

P.S. Keep pushin' Great work.

Well, Debby, there is a Galloway group here on Spark. We are all about intervals of running and walking. Over all speeds vary. I average about 11:15/mile. HTH.

Sometimes I am a wogger too! Great job getting out there, sounds like almost perfect day for a wog! Could be just a tad bit warmer for you. We had temps in the low 80's and we got pretty sweaty on our wog today. It felt great.

Sorry, I used "wogger" so much I assume everyone knows, wogging is walking/jogging. We have quite a few woggers on sparkpeople. We ought to start our own team!

I just want Spring to come and stay! I give you kudos though, I don't go out unless it's at least in the high 30's. Good for you

I have no idea what a wogger is, but congratulations on going out and doing it despite the cold. Have a great rest of the week.
