I have not logged on to Sparkpeople in a really long time. It seems I let other things get in the way: work and facebook mainly. I have still been doing all of my regular workouts, but the eating has not been so important.
During the week, I eat really well; I just have not been counting calories, so who knows. The weekends are dreadful. We eat out because I am tired or we eat lots of snacks in front of the TV.
I am only maintaining my 175 pounds.
Good news is that I have been off the Diet Coke for a month! This does not have so much to do with my will power and a lot to do with we are trying to start a family.
I don't want to wait until I am 150 pounds, I want a baby now. So I'll do better at logging my food and counting my calories and I won't go crazy on the weekends with my eating. But I don't want to put my life and future family on hold because I am overweight.
