Something so very inspiring from BOOKWORM27S who wrote :
"... Once I started looking at food as nothing more than fuel for my body, my emotional eating got under control.
I would ask myself when I wanted to eat mindlessly; "Why are you wanting to put "fuel" in a "gas tank" that is already full?" You would not go to the gas station and pump gas into your car's tank when you had just filled it up moments ago?
Once I got that visual in my mind, it seemed silly to keep eating when I felt no physical hunger.
I also ask myself the question; "Are you eating out of true hunger or just opportunity?"
This mindset takes time..."
